16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1. Our company is doing its utmost to provide the Players with a high-quality service. However, sometimes there are situations when the client is not fully satisfied with the quality of the services provided. Therefore, if you have any questions or comments, send them to [email protected], in case you want to discuss the complaint.
16.2. Our support team will do its utmost to respond to your complaint as soon as possible. If the support service is unable to resolve the problem, then this question will be directed to the management board for consideration.
16.3. In any case, the player will get a response to the complaint within 3 working days.
16.4. In case of any dispute, the Customer agrees that the server account will be referred to as the ultimate proof in the process of resolving such a dispute.
